Etsy Integration ‑ QuickSync

This is my second time receiving proactive help from the team with this AP. I have a lot to learn on how best to use the ap, but the service is always really good and the reps are so helpful!
Today I received help from Omar and he was very quick, kind, and helpful.
5 stars! This ap seems to work much better than others I have tried, and you can not beat the customer service.

Totally satisfied so far, I was a bit puzzled by it all. I was able to link everything, but I didn't want to sync all the products.

Joseph from support just wrote to me in the live chat and asked if he could help in any way. He offered to move all the products to Etsy for free in the form of a draft, and then I can activate the ones I need in the future.

It went beautifully, without fees and very quickly. I was overwhelmed by how professional support was in answering all my doubts and questions.

Overall this app has saved me time and has worked without much trouble. Joseph has been attentive at trying to help, and was great at listening to my concern about syncing issues regarding purchases. The app is a little pricey, and I am not sure how long I can continue, but for now I am enjoying its convenience and appreciate the support from Joseph.

Joseph was incredibly helpful with getting my store's products synced to TikTok after several failed attempts on my own. He identified the problem quickly and guided me to properly sync them and was patient enough to wait while they loaded to confirm that it worked. Thank you, Joseph!

Joseph was so AMAZING! VERY PATIENT AND WELL AWARE of the technologies on both Shopify and Etsy. He literally worked with me over the course of 3 or so hours until I finally was set up. I am not normally one to struggle with these things but for some reason I was having tons of issues and he never gave up on me despite me actually giving up for about 30 minutes as I was just having so much trouble getting (my information) into everything LOL. But, when I got back, he was still there and carried on without missing a beat. He truly is the epitome of a perfect customer service tech. VERY VERY GOOD! 100 STARS TO JOSEPH!!!

I have always been looking for a reliable and automated shopify etsy
integration app. I am supper happy to find Etsy Integretion-Quicksync which does everything I need: sync product and order between shopify and etsy. The customer success agent Omar have been very helpful guiding me through each step of the process. Very good communication. Omar even though in some features for me to test out which is very helpful. Five star service!
