honestly so far they have been great. their chat box has helped a lot and they are responsive all the time.

The app is very simple and easy to use. It does the job to sync the products, however it didn't work for all my products (partially my fault cause skus and stuff...) It also only syncs based on skus so not names, which makes it super quick and easy to set up, but can also mean troubles if you might wanna pair products based on something else.
