This review is more for Joseph's outstanding customer service than the product itself- since I haven't had a chance to actually use it yet. Joseph immediately stepped in as soon as I logged in and took away any guesswork I may have had, helping sync my items seamlessly in the way that I requested. Customer Service rep was very helpful. She provided pictures to help figure out what exactly I needed to do in order to make this an easy process.

The customer support here is incredible! They walk you through setting up the sync with a real person who is able to answer any and all questions and actually do the work of setting up the first sync. A+++

This app is saving me so much time syncing my Etsy store and my Shopify store! Besides just being a great app, as others have said, the customer service is amazing. As soon as I download the app, Omar immediately reached out and started helping with everything and answering my questions. You don't often find such quick help like that and I appreciate it so much!

It's a great app so far. Joseph was very helpful. He gave me step by step guidance on how to sync products, selective syncing, pricing, etc. I highly recommend.
