I am new to both Shopify and Etsy let alone trying to sync the two together. Joseph not only helped me get everything moved over, he a conversation with me to get to know me. Not make me feel like I was just another customer. He is very nice, very personable and extremely helpful! If I need nay help in the future, I would request him. If I could.
