Etsy Integration by QuickSync

Omar has been extremely quick and helpful. This is the kind of customer service I would like to see everywhere.

I was a bit concerned about using apps and getting everything messed up. When I signed up for the integration app, I paused and asked for help immediately. I most concerned about etsy listings having errors. I asked for help in chat and met Gasser. Excellent service. He sought answers and was quick to respond at each instant in less than 24 hours everything was and my etsy listings were live on my shopify store.

Joseph was absolutely wonderful! I didn't even know I needed the help until he popped up on my screen - a real person! I knew something on my shop was broken, but I didn't know how to fix it - but without even needing to put in a trouble ticket, there was Joseph ready to help! He was courteous and helpful and most importantly knowledgable. Within 5 minutes my issue was resolved. Holy cow, you cannot ask for better service these days! :)

Joseph is a GEM! I was fortunate to have him help me right away before I even knew I was having issues LOL! He was quick and helped to sync my Inactive Listings from Etsy onto Shopify. Arianne was wonderful in helping me to sync my products and export them when I was having problems. She then was able to help me figure out why one wasn't converting. Super helpful and patient with me.

Omar 's help and customer service were amazing, he save me hours of stress and work. This was by far the easiest and most efficient Shopify to Etsy integration app I have ever tried. I have tried other apps that required you to spend hours learning to even use the app, with unhelpful customer service. This was literally a dream.
