I didn't know how to create new products in Etsy from Shopify. Joseph was very helpful and helped me with all the steps. He actually synced all products we wanted to do. Also, he sent me all the steps in email later.

Highly recommend! I installed QuickSync to connect my Shopify site to my Etsy store and manage it all in one place. I ran into a problem while trying to connect my Etsy store which had to do with my product set up in Shopify and I had to reach out to customer service. Khaled held my hand through the whole process while researching and resolving the problem, right then and there. Super professional and knowledgeable and very kind. He walked me through every step until we got it resolved. Highly recommend them for the product and the customer service.

Easy process! Khaled was very quick in responding to my questions and provided the responses I needed in the moment. I wish I could incorporate the reviews into integration. Omar was super quick at offering me help which made adding QuckSync super easy, I had inventory added to my Etsy store and sync'ed to Shipbob in less than 10mins. Very pleased.

Omar did an excellent job helping me walk through the integration and was very kind. With his assistance, I was able to upload the items I wanted to sell in my shop within the hour!

The app is awesome. Not only does it do everything advertised but their customer service is on a different level of awesome. I had a lady named "Arianne" help me for a good 2-3 hours. I had set up stuff wrong on my store and she fixed all of my mistakes. Things that didn't necessarily have to deal with the app and she still took the time to go above and beyond. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
