honestly so far they have been great. their chat box has helped a lot and they are responsive all the time.
i needed some assistance on ETSY and they sent me the proper links to talk to them and everything worked smoothly so far.

very Good experience

used it for a trial... very easy to use... didn't continue using after the 30 days as i only had a few products.
