I was having trouble with syncing my products. I was re-thinking the app because I made sure I was following the step but it still wasn't working for me. I decided to reach out for support via the chat box and I'm glad I did. Omar Youssef was my agent. Omar was able to assist me and synced all of my products. Recommend the app, the customer service is great, there's no long wait for replies and once installed its very easy to use. I've had a few chats with customer service, all were very professional - Joseph was the last agent I spoke to and it took him a few minutes to help resolve my concern. Excellent.

Sync'd over 9000 products/variants between Shopify and Etsy. This took a little while but worked very well. Please with the app and corresponding support when I had questions.
