The chat support is very effective and fast!
Joseph Customer Service Agent, helped me through a difficult time. He exhibited patience beyond what I expected. I hope everyone gets to work with Joseph. I kept getting stuck on syncing products to Etsy, however, Joseph stayed the curse; he did not leave me until I synced.

The customer support team is AMAZING! Joseph and Angelica are awesome and so quick to help. They always answer my questions and solve some minor issues I am having, not to mention they are always available! Really recommend this app for crossover managing for both Shopify and Etsy.

What a good service. I am very lucky to have found this app. They exported 1000 Etsy products to Shopify in a few clicks, saving me days of work. Support is fantastic. Look no further.
very helpful. I actually chatted with four cs agents and they were all very helpful. Maybe they should go work for google, amazon and etsy because no one will help on those platforms!
