Joseph was very helpful. He kept trying until we figured out why my product was not syncing. 3 other agents tried before him and could not resolve the issue. Glad Joseph took over and figured it out.
Angelica was able to help me with my syncing issues. She fixed it all and was very professional! I hope she's around next time I have any issues.
