My experience was terrific. I started out knowing nothing about this app and once I communicated with the representative, Everything fell into place. I had my settings for products incorrect, and my representative was able to guide me and explain how to correct it and proceed with the following steps.
I was leary about selecting this app over the others, but now I am convinced.

I had some issues in syncing 1582 products into my Etsy listing due to some issues not matching, I tried to figure everything out myself for 2 days going on youtube, google, FAQ's, and I ended up reaching out to contact support and Joseph was an absolutely respectable and helpful agent.

Not only did he give me instructions to do it myself, but he offered and took the initiative to take the necessary steps and actions to personally go into my store with permission, bulk edit ALL of my products in order to resolve the syncing issues, and synced all of them into Etsy himself.

Joseph was great! Kind, dedicated and efficient. I was unable to sync my shine on product from shopify to etsy. He walked me through how to enable track quantity and bravo! Issue fixed effortlessly.

I'm a little slow when it comes to technology but Joseph has been a big help making sure everything is working smoothly! Appreciate him so much!

Thea walked me thru every single possible scenario so its like getting a crash course using this app. This app is wonderful and it has helped me linked my ETSY shop to Shopify with ease. Service support is the best where you can get immediate technical support right away. And sync'ing worked just as expected. I appreciate the help!

I have been and Etsy seller for almost 12 years. Today, I decided to actually build my stand alone site with Shopify. Rather than manually enter over 300 products I chose this app to assist me in exporting my listings. So far, it's working pretty great! (It's going to take some time to complete with all the variants and photos...) I also want to say that my experience with Joseph has been exceptional. Right after I downloaded this app he greeted me, in a chat window, and let me know he was there if I needed anything. A few hours later, I did have a question, and he was right there to virtually hold my hand as I hit the sync button. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days. He made what could have been a stressful moment easy and seamless. I wish he was going to hold my hand through the rest of this process!
