Etsy Integration ‑ QuickSync

Using this app for the first time and encountered some confusion on the setup and some issues while syncing. The support team has walked me through both problems with ease and always provided me with a timely resolution. Very happy so far with the apps capabilities and the teams knowledgable support.

I think the app itself can benefit customers by providing more information e.g. it is not clear how the charges and process between shopify and Etsy are managed.

Joseph was extremely helpful! opening my own shop has been a challenge with problems coming up one after another but when I hit a snag with this app Joseph was eager to help! He was amazing!

if you have variants in your listings, forget about it. Completely messed up my shopify and etsy store. Now have to resort to editing all listings one by one. Complete waste of time. Order syncing did not work either and was messaged to handle them one by one manually... whats the point?
