Just installed this today and ran into an issue during setup. Using their chat option for help was very quick. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nasser, who helped me resolve my issues quickly, and took time to answer some questions I had. Great experience so far!

We got supported by Thea, she was the most kind and positive customer success agent that we encountered on Shopify ecosystem. She is a true problem solver and if there was an option to subscribe to the customer success agents for my future probable requests, I would subscribe to Thea without a second thought.

So we are hopeless with tech but wanted another store besides shopify so went with Etsy. then we needed an app to sync all our 1.8k products so we chose QS, I always am very sceptical of reviews but that's all i had to go on and WOW This app is SOOO GOOD...The customer service from Omar is just the best ...I Mean THE BEST...
