Thea helped me set up all the connections between Zendrop, Shopify, and TikTok. Thea also made sure every part was set up and functioning properly. Very fast and very kind.

The setup process was made incredibly easy thanks to Joseph's guidance. He answered all of my questions about syncing the app, which was a great help. This app saved my sanity. I have been trying for months (MONTHS!) to get the Tik Tok app to work properly, but would constantly receive one error message or another. Their support was no help, either. I finally caved and installed this app and within 30 minutes, my Tik Tok shop was finally up and running. Customer service was super proactive and responsive. I'd say it's well worth the monthly fee.
