QuickSync for TikTok Shop

Very responsive, fast and effective customer support. No sooner had I downloaded the app and initiated the sync process for products, when I received a message from Omar asking if I needed any help. Not only did he accelerate the syncing process and promise to oversee the process to the end, he also answered all the other queries I had regarding the app.Very impressive!

I am simply amazed with the help I received from Joseph. He explained everything I needed to know so quickly and easily, and was able to answer all of my questions. Very pleasant and polite as well. Seems like it will be really easy to navigate in this app and looking forward to it.

So far so good, and the customer service to talk through the set-up process was very good.

Not only did he help me with syncing products but guided me reassured me that he was there and if so was i. Stayed positive, stayed patient with me and at the end got me through my hurdles and set me up for success. Hands down the best dude ever. 10/10 recommend.

I had a great experience with Joseph, he was very attentive and managed a helpful process. He made it all very easy and he is an overall very nice person. Definitely recommend the app too, it was super simple to sync the products to TikTok Shop from Shopify. After like 3 clicks, I am ready to go, amazing. Thank you guys.

Joseph was great! He insists he is a person. But- not sure how we are all getting to talk to Joseph. Either way, very helpful.

Quick assistance, I have never received such fast support via live chat

I was having trouble with my sync products, and Joseph was the biggest help i needed. My problems went away with the support from my Customer Success Agent Joseph. Also, I was introduced to a new product QS for Tik Tok shop and now I am on my way to being more efficient in selling my products.

I was able to get the help and assistance needed for getting things synced up properly. Very helpful and quick responses as well with the assistance help.
