My name is Aaron. i literally was about to give up on trying to figure out how to connect my shopify account and products to TT shop. i found a video talking about this app. i get here and boom mr joseph right away jumped into action to help me. Not only did he help me with syncing products but guided me reassured me that he was there and if so was i. Stayed positive, stayed patient with me and at the end got me through my hurdles and set me up for success. Hands down the best dude ever. 10/10 recommend.

Very responsive, fast and effective customer support. No sooner had I downloaded the app and initiated the sync process for products, when I received a message from Omar asking if I needed any help.
