Joseph helped me with the initial set up. He was very friendly and eager to help. Although we were not able to finish what I wanted to do that day, Joseph made sure I can get a hole of him and he gave me his email. So far I am happy with the service. I can't say anything about the app yet because I have not experience it yet. I will update this review in the future. Thank you Joseph for being so helpful.

I downloaded the app and started to sync the product. As I started a representative came on and helped me help through the system. It was fast and simple and has worked out well right Joseph was a lot of help from the start.

It's only been an hour since having the app but so far so good. Omar has helped me set up and now I will test it out and see how it goes. Not a cheap app but let's see. :)

Normie has been very helpful with the setup process. We look forward to seeing more of the features Quick Sync can provide as we are still on the free trial. The process is significantly easier than the broken Tik Tok app.

So far so good, and the customer service to talk through the set-up process was very good.

I am sitting back and watching 100 items get loaded up every day and this is a far easier process than using the 'official' app.

I am simply amazed with the help I received from Joseph. He explained everything I needed to know so quickly and easily, and was able to answer all of my questions. Very pleasant and polite as well. Seems like it will be really easy to navigate in this app and looking forward to it.

Omar has helped me now & has been tremendous help. He helped me sync my Shopify store to Tik Tok shop and transfer my items.

I definitely give this app and Joseph 5 stars, and I would recommend this service to anyone. It is easy to use and the customer service is excellent, I wouldn't have been able to do this as quickly and as easily without Joseph's help!
