Every issue I have had, the customer service team has been super helpful in understanding why the issue occurred so next time I am able to avoid any setbacks. They have made a very stressful situation in setting up a tiktok shop to being so much easier.
Joseph from Customer Services gave me an early Christmas present. After installing the app, there was a little friendly chat window that popped up, and I'm so pleased I responded and with minimal effort on my side and lots of super speedy help from Joseph, the app was set up and configured and products syncing to TikTok Shop!
I was waiting for weeks to do the TT Shop setup, BUT don't make the same mistake as me. Choose this app, work with the amazing Customer Service people and then have something that takes the sync headaches away and makes your life super easy!
It's early days for me, since I'm just working through the initial setup, but I look forward to the way the app can centralise everything for me (product creation, order fulfilment etc).
