The app stopped working and I wasn't even informed, they charged me the money for 2 months.
We acknowledge the issue that you had faced with our App. However, we were never intimated about this issue that you're facing even after having a WhatsApp group between the teams. Further, the payments are being processed through Shopify and once the paid plan is subscribed to, the billing would get charged automatically every month (similar to any other subscription product), unless the issue is being raised to us from your end.

Buggy and not user-friendly.I have been using the app for the last 6 months.The userinterface sucks.

To provide more context; the 'Import' button which is visible on the dashboard wasn't clicked after uploading the video, hence the videos weren't getting uploaded as you expected and this was conveyed right after it was informed to us

This app is super buggy. It has spoilt my system totally. My invoices have some random pieces of code. The backend doesn't work and the support is pretty bad.
Initially the support team was quite helpful and responsive. However, with days passing by the app was found to have some niggling issues which were discussed and highlighted to the team, but there was little or no response from their end thereafter even after one week. Never expected an app worth $29 to have such an awful support.
The UI to customise the widget is extremely lacking with terrible UI. Customer service is almost non-existent.
