Hi Guys, this is dparfumgirl and this review is from the best part of me because the makers of this app have gone over and beyond for my store. They created a whole new functionality just for me(they created the currency sign specific to my location in literally less than 24 hours), the support has been amazing i mean they had two separate teams working for lil me. This is hands down the best app for your quizzes. Also since i installed it i have been able to generate revenue from it. Thank you Gen, Thank you AZ. you guys are the very best. Doing my chicken dance lol.

I really like how this app helps me qualify and segment out my leads. It's helped drive a nice increase in ROI on email marketing campaigns. I've tried a few other quiz builders before, and this one by far was the simplest to get started and get some quiz funnels up and running! Nice job on the UX. I would love to see the app develop to be able to make more AI type product recommendations down the road. I.e., it would be really cool if, based on the customers profile, it can just provide them a recommendation for a high converting product that matches that profile at the end of the quiz.

Very useful product. I really like the user experience. You can quickly configure a quiz to make accurate suggestions to your buyers. The experience is very easy to configure and the outcome is very cool! If you are running an eCommerce store, this solution is a no-brainer!

I installed after seeing the free forever pricing structure within the app store and your pricing matrix- which works for my store right now. then after installing the app, it reverted to a pricing only model of $35/monthly.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, I'm very sorry to hear your experience with Prehook.
Just to be clear, we do have a Free Forever plan, so you do not need to pay anything in order to install the app and build your quiz. You'll only need to upgrade to a paid plan once you need more than 10 engagements.
I have confirmed that you have not been charged anything.

We chose this app based on the reviews so we wanted to leave one for other entrepreneurs. The quiz is extremely helpful for gathering data so that we can recommend specific products to our customers. It also integrates with our email software and SMS. We were a bit confused on how to set it up for the specific product recommendations but Gen, one of the cofounders, jumped on a call to explain everything in detail and even took the time to walk us through setup. We give it 5 stars for everything from data collection to customer support!

After utilizing Octane.ai (great alternative) I came to the conclusion that Pre Hook has a way cleaner UI/UX when it comes to setting up a basic (or even complex) product referral journey. Two major callouts I have would be: 1. Klaviyo Integration... it was amazingly easy to find the custom properties needed within klaviyo to develop some interesting email segments & flows based on how the customer would answer each question. 2. Gen (the co-founder) was amazing at helping us learn more about different ways to utilize pre hook for our complex flow needs. Highly recommended!
