Great App. it just don't bypass the 25 automatic discounts functionality of shopify. Junior helped me understand the flow and helped me out as much as he could. overall this app is easy to use and works perfectly if you want to add up to 25 automatic discounts.

Great app for building bundles and post-purchase upsells — easy to set up and it's made a real difference to our AOV. It handles multi-market pricing well once you know where to configure it, and the support team (shoutout to Arthur!) is fast and genuinely helpful whenever I've had questions. I’m updating my review from 1 to 3 stars because the team eventually escalated the issue properly and the app appears to be stable again.

My main problem started with the Fixed Price feature. Without prior notice, its behavior changed and prices began being interpreted in the store’s main currency instead of the currency of each market. This caused incorrect prices to be displayed publicly across several international bundles, and I had to manually fix all of them. I stopped using that feature afterward.

I later experienced intermittent issues with free gifts. In some real customer sessions, the gift was added to the cart but the discount was not applied, so the customer was charged for it. In others, the gift was not added at all. I was able to provide session recordings showing both problems.

What concerned me most was the potential impact on conversions, since there is no way to know how many customers may have abandoned their purchase after seeing a free gift being charged or missing.

Support was also frustrating at times because intermittent issues were sometimes considered resolved after a single successful test. The problems became serious enough that I started considering migrating to another app.

That said, the team handled the situation much better in the end. They escalated the case, involved the developers directly, reviewed the recordings I provided, and made changes that appear to have stabilized the app. I haven’t noticed any new cart issues in the last few days.

I appreciate the effort they made to address the situation, which is why I’m updating my rating to 3 stars. I still need to see longer-term stability before fully regaining confidence in the app.

Great app with very useful features for creating bundles, volume discounts, and offers on Shopify. The setup is simple, the interface is easy to use, and it gives a lot of flexibility for testing different promotions and improving conversions.

I also had an issue with my plan, but the team resolved it quickly and professionally. Overall, very happy with the app and the support. Highly recommended!
