Not only do his thoughts correspond to the new time, but also his ingenious review app. William responds to inquiries personally and takes time for you and your concerns. No sugarcoating, no blah blah. Facts and, above all, a developed app that there are (still) few of its kind in the Shopify App Store. A smart and fast app that exceeds every expectation. Super clean review/question section. I went with Rapid after not enjoying my experience with another app. Best part was William helping me customize things. I am no developer and having his help made the whole thing pain-free.

This is honestly the best review app on the market for a great price!

Why?
- Easy setup! I'm not a coder AT ALL and everything just went very smooth, very clear help section.
- You can try for 20 days, which gives you ample time for setup and testing. Other apps are no trial or very short!
- Does not slow down your shop. Saw horrible results after adding other review app with shops of people I know
- If you need help, you can just contact William, the developer, and he reacts immideately. It's just crazy!

I have the app installed for only 2 days and have already gathered some reviews, which I honestly never expect.

The Rapid Reviews app is as fast as it can get at the review world. It is even faster than the native Shopify reviews app. Very satisfied with it! William takes very good care of any requests / special needs that do come up.
