RS: AI Search Bar & Filter

Great - very easy to search once installed! Great price. We had been using another app that was 3 times the price and did 1/2 the job. This is a great app - and only took about 25 minutes to set everything up to be running and super slick on the customer facing side. Absolutely amazing app and even better customer support.

We recently experienced a huge spike in bot traffic on our website, which caused our estimated session count to increase dramatically. Because of this, we upgraded to the Unlimited plan thinking we had exceeded our usage limits.

Less than 5 minutes later, Rebeka from the Rapid Search team proactively reached out to us. She had already reviewed our account, identified that the increase was caused by bot traffic, manually corrected the calculation, and enabled bot exclusion on our account. As a result, we were able to downgrade back to the $199 plan instead of paying for the Unlimited plan.

What impressed me most is that I didn't have to contact support, open a ticket, or dispute anything. They noticed the issue themselves and fixed it immediately. That level of honesty, transparency, and customer care is extremely rare.

As for the app itself, it is hands down the best search solution we've used on Shopify. Search results are fast, relevant, and easy for customers to use. Since implementing Rapid Search, we've seen customers find products more easily and our sales have continued to grow.

Great support is the first that comes to my mind with this app. You get quick answers to any doubt you have. The search and filters are quite developed. I think the search filter can be improved and they have a suggestion list where everybody can write about their wished to be implemented. I would love a "Safe Search function" so that customers could activate it or not on demand.

I really think this is a much better and complete option than the default search engine in Shopify and I hope they keep developing and improving of a very good app.

Brilliant app to replace the standard Shopify search bar with some great features such as hiding specific products and collections which is very useful for b2b websites. Support are very helpful and reply quickly to any queries you may have. Would recommend.

Best support I ever received. I wanted to customize something about my product titles in the collection pages Rapid Search generates and I could not do it on my side. They went out of their way to implement a fix for my issue. I can't thank this team enough!

Excellent products, it far exceeded my expectations and far more uesful than I imagined. Whats great - you can see what customers are looking for with the stats and you can refine the searches to make their life easier.

It was great experience using rapid search the filters work perfcetly and the ai powered serach bar really helps users find the right product and they have great support team they answer all the questions and issues related to filters or plans.

Wonderful product, works faster than most apps I tried. The support is also phenomenal. I didn't have to wait longer than 5 minutes to get my issues addressed and resolved.
