This is a very good program. Simple interface. Quick and easy filters. Can you add "product type" to the filters?

The Smart Search function is really amazing in that it gives my customers what they want and also shows off our products. The customer support is fantastic, the specialist assisting me was Matt, really did more than he had to assist me with my queries. Keep the great work up!

This was new with not many likes so I was a bit hesitant at first, but the support has been above average and the search bar works super well and super fast. definitely recommend.

Really delighted to have found RapidSearch. Looks really good on our website (on desktop AND mobile), and - unlike other 'instant search' apps I've tried - is refreshingly clear and simple. The search stats are also proving very useful for understanding what our customers are searching for on our site. This in turn is helping us to add appropriate keywords and/or synonyms, so that products don't lie undiscovered (it's very frustrating to realise that users have been on our site but have left without finding products we KNOW are there waiting to be purchased!).
