I've been using the app for a while now and I think it's very useful for a Shopify site and users like it. It does not affect the speed of the site and loads quickly.

Rapid Search has been wonderul. I had a few coding issues on my theme and tech support (Irisz) was excellent and expedient with my issue. We have seen great traction in regards to our customer traffic/analytics, partially from the integration of Rapid Search. Great service.
This new app has a lot of potential in the search and filter e-commerce field. Until now all required functionalities have been fulfilled like a charm. Also by the great support team, responding very quickly with working solutions. 5 star worth quotation!

The customer service first & foremost is incredible. The live chat rep stayed on the chat with me until I got what I wanted. The app itself is great, very responsive, has tons of features and the suggestive search is super powerful. Best search app on the market in my opinion.
