It's a great application! If you're looking to automate processes in your Shopify store, you have access to predefined templates, but you can also create very advanced custom workflows. I recommend this app because it saves me an incredible amount of time. But also for its support, which is close to exceptional. Almost nothing is impossible for them. Thanks to Oleksii for his patience and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I am wowed by the level of service provided! I needed some functionality that was not existing, their team worked hard to understand what exactly I needed, and once they got it, within a few hours had it included in the app!

I've been using this app for around a week and so far, I like it. It has a lot of functionality built in, and has the capacity to create complex work flows.
Building your first flow may take a while as each flow offers a tonne of customization, but so far I'm impressed and I've begun using this app over another I was previously using.

One of the teams reps, Sergey was great at walking us through a very specific use-case scenario while we were deciding if this was the app for us. Customer Service is amazing and the App works perfect. Serious that actually deliver what they promise. Had them automatically add subscribe to marketing for customers who enter our system through another app. Also delete customer tags when not in use to keep our tags clean.
