Set the notice you need per product: a custom cake can need 72 hours while cookies need 24, and a mixed cart uses the longest. Same-day cutoffs, open days, blackout dates, daily caps and per-window limits take unavailable dates off the calendar on their own, so shoppers only see dates you can make. The picker inherits your theme. No coding required.
