A must have if you are starting to ramp up and you want to provide the best customer service. This app is perfect for you.
Was a good app but i decided to go with something else.
Great app to use, support was very helpful to make sure that everything was working well.
Make it easy to see all social media channels, so you do not miss any potential customers.
Application just works as expected.
On our shop, answering and helping customers on spot it's a must.

Awesome platform. So easy to use, great value and saves me hours every week. No more constantly flitting between different social media channels, we take care of all the customer service stuff either on the web or using the mobile app, all in one place. It's a great integration with Shopify too, pulls any conversations you've had in the past, any current or previous orders are also pulled through. Makes everything so much easier. We're huge fans here at Foundry Coffee Roasters. 10/10

We moved over from Zendesk and find this system to be an excellent alternative. We are most impressed with the customer support. You get fast answers and great results.

It is smart and sophisticated and gives the customer a way to reach you from so many places and allows you to be available in an instant and give great service to your loyal and new customers. I looked for a long time for an app to give me a robust helpdesk AND to help me manage conversations across email and social media apps. Reamaze is it. Customer support has been amazing and I can't wait to incorporate everything this app has into my workflow as we grow.
Really great for shopify stores, only need to be in spanish now, and integration with direct message from instagram
