If I could give this app 100 stars I wouldn't hesitate.
From features to their support this app has been the most amazing app experience I have ever used in my store and I have used a lot of apps in my days.

Wow! Seriously words can't explain how happy and easy this app has made our life in the company. Combining all CS in one place and being able to manage it all, support right there to help you straight away with no delays, taking on board suggestions and implementing it LESS THEN A WEEK!

Top-tier support responds instantly to issues and questions. The best helpdesk system I trialed (we've tried helpscout, zendesk, and others). It also supports multiple stores, brands, integrates with Instagram and FB.

Overall just amazing.

Best variety of pricing options out there. We are seasonal and needed lots of users, so the volume-based plan is great. Very intuitive, my team picked it up with very little training. Excellent for managing e-mail as well.

This chat support feature is good. Very good. It has all you need for keeping your customers happy. Tons of features and several plans to choose from. Be careful to choose the right subscription for your amount of staff or remember to change it to an appropriate one when you need more staff accounts. But it's worth double of what they charge - with amount of features and especially with the support they provide. I do NOT regret choosing Reamaze for one second. Keep up the good work!

We thought we had everything under control until we started using Re-Amaze! It has made our work so much easier.
They put together a custom package for us to suit our needs, and it was not as expensive as you would think.
The team are fast and friendly to respond to any and all questions.
Still learning all the benefits of it, and setting up bits and pieces here and there, but as an all-in-one CS help desk, we could not be more happier!

The cost of Re:amaze is a bargain for what they offer. Chat, help desk, built in knowledge base – it truly is an all-in-one solution. It is very user friendly and easy to customize. The intents and workflows have improved our customer service automation and the integration with Shopify is flawless. Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable and was quick to resolve the few issues we encountered. We are very happy with our experience with Re:amaze!
