Great app! It runs smoothly. We can manage conversations from different stores (under the same brand) together with this app. Highly recommended!
Finally , an app that allows us to respond to queries quickly and get an overview of how we perform in replying to them.
Reamaze works great a customer service platform, it has tons of features, a variety of very useful tools, and a great customer service team (who probably use their own platform I imagine).
Their pricing is competitive and they've helped us out many, many times. The only thing I can say that is a drawback for them is their reporting, which doesn't give certain stats on an individual level (like first response time). Other than this, its been an intuitive, straight-forward, and useful service. Performance per dollar, I choose reamaze every time.
Thanks for the review! Just wanted to let you know that we do have a metric for first response time under the response time report. There's a unique toggle for this. Let us know if you can't find it. After trialling several CMS systems we've settled in and paid for this one. Really pleased with it. Sleek interface, easy to set up, navigate, and use. Lots of updates improving what they offer. Their live chat helpers are really helpful too and take the time to answer your questions thoroughly.
We started using this App about 2 months ago and is really a game changer. You can support your customers on multiple channels and have multiple CSR working at the same time. We love the workflow automation, Cues and so many other features. Their Support and Onboarding team is awesome. Thanks Dakota and the rest of the Team for all your help!
La aplicación pese a estar en ingles tiene la opción de traducir manualmente los textos mas importantes (espero puedan tenerlo nativo pronto en español) ahorraría bastante trabajo. Sus funciones e integracion con shopify son muy buenas y rapidas de implementar.
entre las opciones que miramos para nosotros que estamos partiendo con el plan basico vamos sobrados y no cuesta tanto por agente a diferencia de otras empresas. (se puede incluso amoldar el plan a lo que necesites y asi no pagas demas)
el soporte en linea es excelente , se los recomiendo. Tomen su tiempo de prueba y estoy seguro les sera muy util.
We switched from our current platform to Re:amaze and are happy with our decision. support from the company has been great and they were happy to work with us to meet our needs. The platform itself works great and we have had very few issues. I look forward to continuing with Re:amaze in the future and leveraging more of what they have to offer.

I've used Reamaze for two years now for urbanplantgrowers.com. The software is amazing, it integrates well with shopify and some of the other apps that we use. The system is logical and easy to use, with a huge amount of capability in Machine learning and automation (you just need to invest some time into building it out). The help team is super fast and really helpful, Looking forward to continuing to use it in the future!
