Works well, but the cost is too expensive for a small business like ours! I've had it integrated for months. As I say, it works well, but the cost!

After trying for 1 month, very disappointed that we cannot send our message via Reamaze when customers is not online in facebook messenger. And integration of Whatsapp business via Twillio is not as smooth as I thought, we cannot use our existing whatsapp business number which I find it absurd, other apps allow to use existing number but not with Twillio

Regarding the concern about Facebook Messenger, messages can be sent to users on Facebook regardless if they are online or offline, unless the user has set their permissions to prevent that, or if Facebook's 24-hour rule regarding sending a message to a user who hasn't contacted your page recently. These are issues outside of our control and apply to all third party apps.
Whatsapp is currently owned by Facebook and access and their API is not open to all developers unfortunately. The short term solution is to offer this integration through our partner, Twilio. We understand that this isn't ideal and we're working diligently to offer a better Whatsapp integration.
Received an error when trying to change my password urgently. I mean, imagine trying to change your password and you can't, something so simple. What if I was hacked and my customer's data was at risk? I could not even change my password.
Reached out to support and spoke with a Neil who just at one point stopped responding when his suggestions were not helping. Still haven't received any responses from him as I type this review.
Password still not changed. I'm not happy with Reamaze at all.

have not been able to fully integrate it yet. Just had the onboarding with Dakato, it was clear! A lot of interesting features and so far so good. I'm looking forward to see it run on full potential. The features could save a lot of time. Also I recommend to do the on boarding call!
We've been using Re:Amaze for over 2 years now and our experience with them have been a blast! Their support is top-notched. They fix every bug we submit within minutes. Very easy to use and the best feature is it lets us manage all 7 pages through 1 single platform.
The help desk itself is good for basic handling of tickets and chats. However, we found it quite challenging when trying to get into more complex things (automation, AI Bot, etc). Things did not work as intended, and all support did was provide help articles. We also asked them to change the header font of their hosted help site, and they told us to hire a developer lol. We feel this app is cost-effective and works well for basic stuff, but past that, you're on your own, and setup is now easy and very time-consuming.

I installed this app on my store for customer support, obviously. Once you cancel the subscription on their dashboard you WILL STILL BE BILLED monthly. If you think contacting their support team will help IT DOESN'T.
Their support team told me that they don't have a record of the payment and they will tell you it is Shopify's fault! There are many reviews that say this.
Shopify is investigating this app.
This CRM has helped us having a nice and close relationship with our customers. It has a lot of capabilities and the support team is super nice, they answer really fast and care about everything you need.
We have been a user of Re:amaze for almost 3 years. It continues to WOW us as a simple yet robust customer communications platform. It is affordable, simple to set up and if you run into issues, their customer support team is very helpful. We have multiple brands with different email addresses, integrations, like Shopify, to manage orders and more. We take advantage of the built in CSAT tool as well as the reporting options. It's a great platform!
Really good and easy app. Fast setup and professional look also for the chat widget. Emails with a easy professional html look without any code required. Fast supportteam for any questions.
Kathy is VERY friendly and very proactive in resolving our concerns. :)

it's an amazing support system, it takes quite a lot of time to set up but once you do it's worth every penny and it is build for an online shop so you can send product links from the system easily as well as creating customers and create orders without leaving the platform.
Love that it brings all my convos to one place. Saves me so much time, and time is money! Wish the software looked a teeny bit cleaner, but I'm just really picky... I'm not paying $60/month for a cleaner layout (*cough cough, Gorgias)... this does everything Gorgias can do, for cheaper!
We started using this App about 2 months ago and is really a game changer. You can support your customers on multiple channels and have multiple CSR working at the same time. We love the workflow automation, Cues and so many other features. Their Support and Onboarding team is awesome. Thanks Dakota and the rest of the Team for all your help!
This is an awesome app for small businesses. You can build custom chatbots, set workflows, and the FAQ site is clutch.

Love Re:Amaze. Always answer questions and make sure you understand everything. Love that almost everything you need for customer service is at your fingertips for low cost amounts. At the moment it's a 4 star because I'm having issues with the Facebook Integration and we don't know if it's their API or something to do with my account.

At first i was a bit overwhelmed with the Interface but once i understood the value of all the different options and got used to it. This App boosted our Customer service expirience from an 8/10 to an absolute 11/10! Thank you!

Increases support quality by reducing the people factor 3. Eases the communication inside the team: allows convenient internal messages, etc. 4. Finally, the support team DOES offer solutions. Not always the way I want or 100%-bullet-proof, but still those are solutions. Never was left alone with my issues

This is the next level in customer support. It handles email and text! And we all know that customers are using social media as a de facto support tool now, which all integrate into reamaze as well.
I almost never take time to write reviews, but reamaze is such a well done product, I decided to take a moment and give them a shout out here! We love the Shopify integration, Shipstation integration, ActiveCampaign Integration, the many channels for customers to connect all integrated into one spot and the way the product has been thoughtfully built to be easy to use. They even have custom visualization modules for the conversation page, which admittedly I haven't tried yet, but its what we will need eventually.
I switched over from Chatra and Tidio. I merged two of my companies with one user for only $40 a month! I completely customized the font and colors of both widgets and help centers (help sites). I absolutely love that I can send shopify products right from the chat. It's easy integration is super helpful!!

We have been using this app on as many as 20 stores since 2016. We stay because it does what we need it to do. It's easy and intuitive to navigate, And we haven't even used many of the features that it is capable of. Take it from a long time user. They provide great customer care for an app that we use for our customer care.
Very easy to use and helpful when it comes to diminishing the workload.
Customer Service is always very kind and helpful and great at explaining.

the folks over at re-amaze and have changed the game... as multi channel commerce grows so does communication and they are literally the best tool for all channels and they have a mobile app.

Reamaze works great a customer service platform, it has tons of features, a variety of very useful tools, and a great customer service team (who probably use their own platform I imagine).
Their pricing is competitive and they've helped us out many, many times. The only thing I can say that is a drawback for them is their reporting, which doesn't give certain stats on an individual level (like first response time). Other than this, its been an intuitive, straight-forward, and useful service. Performance per dollar, I choose reamaze every time.

Amazing App, Amazing Staff, some app developers are just there for the money and Some will go out of their way just to make their customers feel their best. And this is what Reamaze is about.

I just made the switch from Zendesk to Re:Amaze. It's been about 2 weeks, and so far, so good! Their support is great (fast to respond) and the features this app/service provides are plenty for what I'm doing. The whole interface is pretty noob-proof too, so if you're not a very tech-savvy person, this app will be a great solution for you. Highly recommend!

Excellent product overall, having exceeded our expectations. We evaluated the other solutions on Shopify and selected Re:maze. We have experience with customer support teams for many years and so have seen many systems in action including Salesforce Service Cloud, Intercom and Zendesk, having used them all for years at a time. Therefore were looking for a robust case processing inbox with automation/workflows, an integrated help/chat on the client facing side, and scalable pricing as our business grows. After using Re:maze for 6 months I can say that we are very satisfied and have found that it meets all of our needs and more. We are using the inbox for email and chat, as well as the customer communication from Shopify which is very helpful and saves time (rather than logging into Re:maze). The support team is excellent and very flexible, for example helping us adjust the customer input form we added to our shopify site to auto process steps. Great product overall!

I have been shopping around for a Customer Support app for a while now. I went through many and all of them had their attributes. However, Re:amaze just ticked all the boxes. I am still learning the app, but from what i have seen so far is that it is easy and user friendly and that is what i wanted. I do not have the time to learn intricate settings. Re:amaze fits all my needs. Thank you, i recommend.
So an APP is as good as its features right? Well this one not only has great features but it also has a RESPONSIVE team that is eager to help. Of all the apps you can add to your Shopify store, this one is a MUST! We launched a new site using Shopify, and it's taken off really fast - which is great, but it has brought a slew of inquiries from every corner of our target market. Having a way to effectively respond to inquiries, show when we're "in the office" and when we're away in order to manage response expectations, and having the ability to create a really solid, searchable set of FAQ articles is absolutely invaluable! We are so grateful for this app! Thank you!
