Really good and easy app. Fast setup and professional look also for the chat widget. Emails with a easy professional html look without any code required. Fast supportteam for any questions.

We thought we had everything under control until we started using Re-Amaze! It has made our work so much easier.
They put together a custom package for us to suit our needs, and it was not as expensive as you would think.
The team are fast and friendly to respond to any and all questions.
Still learning all the benefits of it, and setting up bits and pieces here and there, but as an all-in-one CS help desk, we could not be more happier!

The cost of Re:amaze is a bargain for what they offer. Chat, help desk, built in knowledge base – it truly is an all-in-one solution. It is very user friendly and easy to customize. The intents and workflows have improved our customer service automation and the integration with Shopify is flawless. Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable and was quick to resolve the few issues we encountered. We are very happy with our experience with Re:amaze!

we used this app to manage our CRM, it has many good functions, it connects not only the email, but also the social medias, which save us a lot of time as everything is under 1 tab.

They have prepared with awesome FAQs in videos, though some of the FAQs are not so clear, but the customer support is very helpful and prompt in reply.

The BEST is they do not charge as per tier (some in the market charges super expensive for the volume of message you received), they charge based on the users we added and we can connect with many stores, with 1 price, that helps us to save a lot of money.

We've been using Reamaze for about half a year now. We love app! Saves us a ton of time. That said, lately we've been getting lots of error messages from their site re overload, page 404, etc. As a result, I posted a 1 star review. Reamaze immediately got in touch with me and the app is running again. They say they had some issues scaling, but that these issues are under control now. Therefore, I am revising my review back to 5 stars, with the hope and understanding that Reamaze will do what it takes to scale their platform without usage interruptions. Customer service is mission-critical, which means that frequent platform outages are not acceptable. Keep up the good work, Reamaze.

Thank you for writing this review to hold us accountable. Re:amaze experienced an outage earlier this morning that was caused by network issues from specific service providers. Our team was immediately notified and we made the decision to switch over to alternative providers. Unfortunately, this process incurred a few additional issues, which required us to fully take down the platform in order to bring things back up.

Been using ReAmaze for like 3 months already. Awesome app. And definitely I can recommend for businesses with 3+ support teams! 1. Saves tons of time by keeping all tickets in one place: - Convenient filtering by STORES and ticket types - Single interface for tickets from various channels: email, Facebook direct and comments, etc. 2. Increases support quality by reducing the people factor 3. Eases the communication inside the team: allows convenient internal messages, etc. 4. Helps panning the support team load, providing easy-to-use, yet comprehensive reports 5. Saves time and helps managing the support team, by providing simple automation features 6. Finally, the support team DOES offer solutions. Not always the way I want or 100%-bullet-proof, but still those are solutions. Never was left alone with my issues

Really enjoyed using the app - we searched lots of CRMs and this was the best. The chat feature was a bit too clunky and we didn't have many customers coming through so we reverted to our old chat feature. So, we only used the email function, which is excellent. The only problem for us with that was the price. For a small start up company, it's just too expensive for us, but I'm sure it's great for companies with higher turnovers.

After trying for 1 month, very disappointed that we cannot send our message via Reamaze when customers is not online in facebook messenger. And integration of Whatsapp business via Twillio is not as smooth as I thought, we cannot use our existing whatsapp business number which I find it absurd, other apps allow to use existing number but not with Twillio

We're happy to help you with these concerns but we're unable to locate a Re:amaze account under Bedding Affairs. Can you please reach out to our team via email or through your Re:amaze account so we can help address some of the concerns?

Regarding the concern about Facebook Messenger, messages can be sent to users on Facebook regardless if they are online or offline, unless the user has set their permissions to prevent that, or if Facebook's 24-hour rule regarding sending a message to a user who hasn't contacted your page recently. These are issues outside of our control and apply to all third party apps.

Whatsapp is currently owned by Facebook and access and their API is not open to all developers unfortunately. The short term solution is to offer this integration through our partner, Twilio. We understand that this isn't ideal and we're working diligently to offer a better Whatsapp integration.
