We've been using ReAmaze for quite some time now. Whenever we've had any problems, the team was right there with a quick solution, even implementing suggestions made along the way. Their customer service is superb, and the app is intuitive and user-friendly. Definitely recommended for your business needs.

We've been using Re:Amaze for over 2 years now and our experience with them have been a blast! Their support is top-notched. They fix every bug we submit within minutes. Very easy to use and the best feature is it lets us manage all 7 pages through 1 single platform.

Reamaze is amazing! There support is great and they are constantly improving the platform. We would highly recommend over other website chat and helpdesk solutions.

We are in the early stages of using ReAmaze, but so far we are very impressed. The additional functionality, automation, team management, and multi-brand serviceability far exceed our previous solution (Gmail in G-Suite).

ReAmaze customer service has also been nothing short of exceptional. We are looking forward to utilizing more features, and giving our customers a better experience utilizing ReAmaze.

Impressive!
Still on the trial but so far it has been a joy to use.
I have yet to go through all the features but it has far more than Combidesk/Zendesk.

Reamaze is our third attempt at a customer friendly and user friendly Chat app. While every experience with Chat has had its challenges, Reamze has a solid onboarding process. You have to commit to reading, listening and viewing the tutorials like everything, although every question I have is in the documentation. I have had around 10 interactions with their support team and that pushed me from a 4 Stars to a 5 Stars. If you can't find or understand the need, chat their team and they are great. We started with one employee three years ago and now have 10 and continue to grow. Two words of advice, be patient - be open to new ways of doing something. OK. 10 words of advice. In getting deeper in to the documentation, I can see how this App can help our business grow from a simple chat response in to a full automated service tool.

I've been using Reamaze for over 2 years. We got 1800 emails behind and we couldn't keep up, the automation and the workflows options that you can implement are a godsend. I just had my second Support call with Dakota. They offer one on one support when you are trying it to a Reamaze to a new level. This time I learnt how to use "Intents" this will save even more time, when dealing with customer inquiries via chat and email. Don't know where we would be without Reamaze. Thank you so much!

One of the best customer support apps on the market (and we've tried them all). The support is top notch too. I'm hoping they launch an iOS app so we could easily handle support on our mobile devices.

This program is really easy to use and integrates well with Shopify. Re:Amaze is a favorite tool among several team members. I even contacted them to ask about the platform, and they were so kind as to arrange a call. Dakota went over a lot of the new features and products they have that can be beneficial for our business with me. I appreciate you being attentive a lot!
