WOW!!! Wir setzen Reamaze schon fast ein Jahr ein. Es ist die "BESTE APP" die es gibt und das in jeglicher Hinsicht! Reamaze vereint alle Plattformen wie Chat, FB, FB Messenger, FB Kommentare, Instagram, WhatsApp, E-Mail, Kontaktformulare einfach alles!!! Ihr könnt Chatbots erstellen, automatische Chatsstarts CUEs bauen. Wir nutzen sehr viele APPs, ich kenne KEINE APP die bei Qualität, Funktionen und Support mithalten kann. Ich würde 10 Sterne geben wenn es möglich wäre. ALLERBESTE APP AUF DER WELT!

I have been shopping around for a Customer Support app for a while now. I went through many and all of them had their attributes. However, Re:amaze just ticked all the boxes. I am still learning the app, but from what i have seen so far is that it is easy and user friendly and that is what i wanted. I do not have the time to learn intricate settings. Re:amaze fits all my needs. Thank you, i recommend.

Of all the apps you can add to your Shopify store, this one is a MUST! We launched a new site using Shopify, and it's taken off really fast - which is great, but it has brought a slew of inquiries from every corner of our target market. Having a way to effectively respond to inquiries, show when we're "in the office" and when we're away in order to manage response expectations, and having the ability to create a really solid, searchable set of FAQ articles is absolutely invaluable! We are so grateful for this app! Thank you!
LOVE their customer support. They are always helpful when we have questions about our chatbots and respond very quickly.
So far so good! It is great that all of our social media platforms, emails and other notifications are centralized. Overall we have nothing bad to say :)
This is for sure the most robust and solid platform our customer support team has ever seen.
It integrates with every channel your customers are in (Social networks, Email, SMS, Voice channels and Messenger).
The "Cues" feature allows us to send a message to the visitor based on certain criteria.
You don't need developers in your team to take advantage of this. But if you have developers in your team, then Reamaze will take your game to a whole new level with more advanced targeted messages that will engage and convert your visitors into customers.

Loving this app -- we've used all the other help desk web apps on the market, and recently switched to Reamaze, and we're blown away. This is the app we've been looking for in terms of bringing everything together into a single app. No need to have your support staff logged into 3 different apps just to monitor support, chat and social media activity. Highly recommended.
The help desk itself is good for basic handling of tickets and chats. However, we found it quite challenging when trying to get into more complex things (automation, AI Bot, etc). Things did not work as intended, and all support did was provide help articles. We also asked them to change the header font of their hosted help site, and they told us to hire a developer lol. We feel this app is cost-effective and works well for basic stuff, but past that, you're on your own, and setup is now easy and very time-consuming.
This CRM has helped us having a nice and close relationship with our customers. It has a lot of capabilities and the support team is super nice, they answer really fast and care about everything you need.
