Love Re:Amaze. Always answer questions and make sure you understand everything. Love that almost everything you need for customer service is at your fingertips for low cost amounts. At the moment it's a 4 star because I'm having issues with the Facebook Integration and we don't know if it's their API or something to do with my account.

This app has been great for our team. All emails and customer communications pulled together into the one place. Also like their Article section... if the Reamaze guys are reading this, it would be good if internal articles could have comments :) We tried several app's and this is by far the best. Customer service from the Reamaze team has been AMAZING - thanks guys!

Great way to manage customer relations and knowledge base services. Any problem I have ever had with configuration their customer support is always willing to help and are super fast in responding.

So an APP is as good as its features right? Well this one not only has great features but it also has a RESPONSIVE team that is eager to help. They welcome feedback and when it makes sense they work to deploy those features. For a company that needs a cost effective and feature rich integration to SHOPIFY this one def is one to look at!
