We have been using this application for couple of weeks. The integration was so easy and it is backed by a nice tech team.
Amazing software that can automate away many tasks very easily due to their in depth link with Shopify & simple Bot / Workflow builder. We suspect the bot/workflow builder will save us a great deal of time as it can reply to customers without loosing that personal touch as it can link in real Shopify customer / order data. There is no longer any need for our customer service staff to look in Shopify for order details/to action refund/returns/create orders/etc. as it can all be done from Re:amaze, which will save a great deal of time.
Their support has been amazing. We've requested some extra features with there Shopify integration and it was implemented/researched within 24 hours... can't get any better than that!
We've tried many help desks, none are a patch on Re:amaze and it is at a good price point.

Works well, but the cost is too expensive for a small business like ours! I've had it integrated for months. As I say, it works well, but the cost!

Really enjoyed using the app - we searched lots of CRMs and this was the best. The chat feature was a bit too clunky and we didn't have many customers coming through so we reverted to our old chat feature. So, we only used the email function, which is excellent. The only problem for us with that was the price. For a small start up company, it's just too expensive for us, but I'm sure it's great for companies with higher turnovers.
This is a great platform with an awesome team who listen to feedback and make their product better every time. I have been doing customer support for many years and have used a number of help desks and I highly recommend this platform, it is one of the best I have used. We use it on our website pivotpegz.com and its been great. You can get unlimited email inboxes and also can manage multiple brands and multiple channels such as email, social, live chat and more. It syncs with Shopify and you can see customer purchase history and open orders and even a live view of website visitors. Pricing is great as well. 5 stars from me! Highly recommended. The app has been amazing so far. Very easy to keep communication lines with customers. Highly recommended for small businesses.
I was at first supper happy, the application has soma small features that I really miss and some that really work well.. But the worst is, as soon as there is any pressure on the Sales / Support page the website and the app break's down.. apparently a Black Friday sale was to much for the server to handle.. An the site is down... This is the worst timing ever... If I can not offer my costumers support because Reamaze support software and Website dose not work this is the worst of all scenarios.. I even tried to reach out to the Reamaze team to sort this our.... But sadly without any success, since also their page seams to be down.. Not a very trust building issue..

As a customer messaging application, we understand how important it is to build trust with customers. The outage was caused by a specific real time dashboard that is used to help our customers track website visitors. The issue has been identified and we're working to scale the application better. After trying for 1 month, very disappointed that we cannot send our message via Reamaze when customers is not online in facebook messenger. And integration of Whatsapp business via Twillio is not as smooth as I thought, we cannot use our existing whatsapp business number which I find it absurd, other apps allow to use existing number but not with Twillio

Regarding the concern about Facebook Messenger, messages can be sent to users on Facebook regardless if they are online or offline, unless the user has set their permissions to prevent that, or if Facebook's 24-hour rule regarding sending a message to a user who hasn't contacted your page recently. These are issues outside of our control and apply to all third party apps.
Whatsapp is currently owned by Facebook and access and their API is not open to all developers unfortunately. The short term solution is to offer this integration through our partner, Twilio. We understand that this isn't ideal and we're working diligently to offer a better Whatsapp integration.

DO NOT USE!
I installed this app on my store for customer support, obviously. Once you cancel the subscription on their dashboard you WILL STILL BE BILLED monthly. If you think contacting their support team will help IT DOESN'T.
Their support team told me that they don't have a record of the payment and they will tell you it is Shopify's fault! There are many reviews that say this.
Shopify is investigating this app.
