Really great app if you're looking to increase your ROI, the customer support is superb as well and they are very willing to help. Zach from Rebuy especially is the MVP!
This app is great for what we need. We added it purely for the GWP option but ended up using so many more widgets. The smart cart is great and really helps conversion - the shipping bar, cross sell and recommendations are really fantastic. Also having the discount code box in the cart is helpful. The developers helped us with customizing a few widgets for what we really needed.
Great people, great app. easy to get set up and get started with all our upsells. Their app gives you great features for shopify plus.
Destroyed our theme. After installing the app the header and the cart were gone from our website. It is sunday afternoon, let's see how long it takes to get it fixed. So far, this app makes us lose money, instead of making.

I am running a 7 figure store and this is the best Shopify app available in the market for Upsell, cross-sell, increasing AOV etc. This is a must-have app for any Shopify store out there. It not only increases your AOV it also increase your conversion to a great extend. They have very friendly customer care support, They helped me with the installation and going live.
I seriously cannot say enough good things about Rebuy. Their platform is super intuitive and easy to use, and if you do get stumped on anything their customer support is insanely helpful and I guarantee they can come up with a solution to any problem you have

What a scammers. Tried them twice (talking about giving a second chance). Support is close to non-existing. Trying to reach, but talking to a bot, not connecting to human. Simple question: what is the billing of 300+ euros for? Impossible to get an answer. Never worked properly in the cart, had to disable.
