Rebuy has become - for good reason - an essential part of the DTC stack. However, like a lot of software, it's only as good as the support you receive. And that is why we have given it 5 stars. Monica, our Success Manager, was tireless, patient, and knowledgeable. As powerful a tool that Rebuy is, we probably would have given up on it if not for her.

Adding Rebuy to our business was an easy choice. The ROI has doubled since installing. We currently have the best successes with the in cart flyout widget that has been amazing at converting one time purchases to subscribers which data shows increases the lifetime value of a customer. The CSM i work with is always available and has useful insight.

Rebuy has helped us greatly in streamlining and automating our cross-selling and upselling functionalities across many different areas of our site, in an effort to increase AOV and UPT's. The platform is user friendly and algorithms are easy to build, edit, and tweak without any dev intervention.
