We've had increased sales by using Rebuy and their customer service is always quick to answer. They tend to already have plenty of help docs to help walk you through things, but are ready to help with whatever if they don't. We're still working our way through trying out all the features, but so far so good!

The "Buy more, save more" feature has consistently been an exclusive offering for Shopify Plus, primarily because it requires access to scripts to ensure accurate discount implementation. The app is very intuitive and makes running campaigns quite easy. Matt and Suki are always amazing when troubleshooting all our questions and helping us leverage the platform to boost our AOV! Anytime we run into an issue - they're quick to respond and help out. Great addition to our app stack - they have thought of everything and are really receptive to feedback. A+

Flynn was able to find why Re-buy wasn't working. Easy to communicate with via e-mail. He was very responsive throughout the whole process. The first issue I had was with shopify. I was able to reach out to Flynn again when I had a second issue and he solved it almost instantly.
Flynn is a champion! 🙌
Excellent app for building targeted product recommendations based on product tags, collections, vendor, type or pretty much anything else in shopify.

Awesome app with very helpful CS reps. Flynn helped me get a widget in order that I was having quite the trouble with. Highly recommend this easy to use app that has helped in incremental sales.
