We had such a wonderful launch journey with Ian, Suki, Kelsey and Vinson. Each of them really took the time to listen to our needs and came up with accommodating and innovative solutions. We were really impressed by how intelligent and efficient the rebuy team were. We have only just launched so we will be monitoring the results over the next two months but I have to say, this team has already made it rewarding for us. Thank you for an amazing, launch service!

Using Rebuy's cart and recommendations have been great for our business. Especially their AI recommendations - which consistently outperform our curated recommendations.

When I installed on my store, it did not work. It wasted two weeks of my time. The drawer cart is not compatible on every theme, in this case for our theme. On mobile browser, the drawer cart gets the entire page. I reached out to their team, they don't have an engineer to help. Their success team are wonderful, but they are not very good at coding or fixing behind the hood. Not recommending if you are using premium themes.

While we strive to make Rebuy compatible across various themes, we understand how disappointing it is when things don’t work as expected. Your feedback about engineering support is valuable, and we’re always working on ways to improve theme compatibility and provide better technical assistance. If you’re open to giving us another shot, we’d love to make it right.
We have been with Rebuy for 7 months now. Beware of the following: 1) They will promise you a dedicate customer success manager whom is supposed to be proactive in offering strategy, data review etc- none of this will happen unless you continually beg for it. 2) They will charge you for recurring subscription revenue although when asked during onboarding, we were told that we would only be charged for the initial order. 3) REVIEW your monthly Shopify monthly bills from Rebuy very careful! They had overcharged us several thousand dollars and had we not checked, we would have never known.

We're just getting started with the Rebuy app and Emelia was super helpful and responsive with our setup. Maria went above and beyond explaining how data sources work in relationship to the widgets. We feel this app has great potential for our store.

Rebuy is a great app for any Shopify store looking to enhance personalization and drive cart upsells. Lots of flexible options, seamless integrations and conversion drivers. Janet is the best to work with. It's easy to set dynamic merchandising rules and run different AB tests. Definitely recommend!
