Everything is usually pretty easy to set up and edit. Makes adding new features to our site a breeze! When I do run into an issue customer service help desk is great! You can easily talk to real people who are friendly and understand how to fix issues quickly. My chats often get send to Tom and he's wonderful.

the app offers a lot of great features covering what Shopify does not offer, easy to use, no code needed, clear instruction docs provided. Even when you come across difficulties, their knowledgable dev and CS team are super responsive and helpful. Rebuy def. make us sell more!

Implementing Rebuy was daunting at first, but not once I started working with Dante - the experience and support has been excellent. He is super responsive and goes above and beyond where he can to make sure we get full use of the tool. As a non technical person, I really appreciate his attention to detail and his way of communicating all the features Rebuy offers me without making it too complex. We’re currently running Rebuy Engine across three different Shopify stores, and it has quickly become a mission-critical part of our ecommerce stack. With a catalog of over 30,000 SKUs, merchandising is no small feat—yet Rebuy makes it incredibly intuitive and scalable.
The cross-sell widgets, post-purchase offers, and bundling capabilities have delivered tremendous results. Conversion rates are up, AOV is climbing, and the experience feels tailored without being over-engineered. We’ve fully committed to Rebuy Search & Collections on two of our three stores, and the relevancy is absolutely on par with the best search and discovery platforms out there.
Support has been nothing short of stellar. I spend about a third of my time in the platform, so I’ve had plenty of opportunities to vet the support team—and they consistently deliver fast, insightful, and proactive help.
Rebuy is clearly pushing to become the only merchandising tool you’ll ever need—and from what I’ve seen so far, they’re well on their way. Highly recommended.
