Testing out Ghost Monitor. We have read good things about it. Can't wait to see what it will do!
The app is easy to use. And within 7 days there was $10 extra sale. I would like to give it more try.

Very Good Up To protect your abandoned cart
App does not work properly..keeps sending cart reminders to customers that have already completed an order (and sending them the 10% off discount cart reminder to really infuriate customers!..have been waiting a long time for a response from the developer who cannot seem to fix the problem..they don't respond to emails asking when it will be fixed..terrible service, app has caused me more issues than benefits

This situation can only occur when a visitor leaves an abandoned cart on your store, and then places the order on a different device using a different email address.
