Love this app!! Support can be improved in terms of providing more concise and simple explanation of how the different tools/functions can work synergistically....Turning every option on could result in a negative customer experience so would be good to have the "top 3-5" highly recommended options...

Easy to use if their on-boarding team helps you out. Very fast support when needed. Not sure yet if all revenue that they claim to be earned through their app is really thanks to their app, but I am sure their app helps.

Regarding your concern about the revenue, please know that a sale is attributed to Recart if a customer opens or clicks a Messenger notification sent by Recart and makes the purchase in the next 72 hours.
In certain cases, when sending Facebook Messenger Campaigns, Facebook will not provide us information about whether the recipient opened the message. In these cases, the 72-hour conversion window will be open when the user received the message.

Great app. So far so good. Easy to use and setup.
This App has already generated me 50€ in the trial period and collected 195 emails! It's really good, moreover the customer service is very reactive. I really recommend it.
I am about 10 days in on trial and so far so good. Several carts have been recovered and converted to sales resulting in about $500 in gross revenue.
Truly impressive and easy to use. Highly recommended for non tech shopify seller.
