I just tried this out and it seems pretty useful. I love the idea to capture all cart abandoners. Some of you will hate, some of you will love it but I definitely recommend to try it.
This is one of the best apps that every Shopify store should have. It is easy to use and has a ton of features that are all geared towards improving sales and conversions

Great app so far, though wish there was lot more customization to the shopify widgets (color, font, text, placement, etc)
