Recheck improves your customer experience by enabling self serve order editing for your customers. They can fix their checkout mistakes like updating their personal details, address edit, changing items in cart, shipping preferences, and more. In case of cart value reductions, Recheck will also handle refunds either back to the source method or via store credits - your choice! Recheck also helps increase your AOV through post purchase upsells, where you can create personalized upsell offers.

Recheck has been an awesome addition to my store. I've been using it for a while now, and it's cut down on my support tickets with customers asking to change their address or change products in the cart. Used to take too much time to do it myself. A bonus is also their upsells, which generate a bit of extra sales from me for no effort at all.
Overall, very easy to use and very helpful founders who helped me set it up.
Kunal has been nothing short of amazing so far. We were looking for a way to offer our customers easy access to edit their orders, and Recheck has allowed us to do just that. The UI is great to navigate, both from our end & for our customers. We also needed some custom changes, and had requests to that end, and Kunal and his team were able to deliver on all fronts. From our correspondence, it looks like there is quite a bit on the horizon as far as additional features go, but even as things currently are, terrific app and support for our needs!
Recheck is such a gem! The order editing on the thank you page feels so seamless and natural, and the upsell options blend in perfectly. It’s super impressive for how early it is—definitely a must-try for any eCom store. Love it!
it does not let u add products, only quantity can be changed
Great app, huge value add to our business. We have a lot of issues with CS having to update orders, this has cut our CS burden immediately. Would highly recommend.
