Recipe Kit ‑ Blog Post Recipes

Recommend. A really user friend app for website building beginners like me. The guys are great at communication - super response and helpful with any issues I've had, or help I've needed.

I moved over from Wordpress and was used to the WP Recipe Maker plugin (the king of recipe plugins on wordpress). I was super excited to see that there was a quality recipe card plugin on Shopify. The developer is super responsive. I reached out asking to be able to remove some of the social icons for social sites I don't use and they went into my account (with permission of course) and added custom code to remove the ones I don't want. I also submitted a suggestion and it was implemented in the app relatively quickly! The app correctly outputs JSON so that your recipes will show up properly in Google search results! If you are looking to blog to increase traffic then this app is for you. I tried a couple of other apps but this one seems to be the most advanced and easy to use and I think they are constantly improving it and adding features. I'm looking forward to seeing how to app progresses.

My wish lists includes things available on WP Recipe Maker (Wordpress), although there may be limitations on this platform.
Wish list: "Jump to recipe" and "jump to video" buttons at top of blog post, ability to paste Word or Google Doc recipe information and have it import into the proper spots (see wp recipe maker for example), nutrition API, unit conversation for international visitors, adjustable servings (for visitors), and the ability to add pictures for the shoppable products button, including non food products like cookware.

Recipe Kit has been invaluable in showing customers how my store's infused olive oils and vinegars fit into their kitchens. If you're in the culinary e-commerce space, I would go so far as to say that you need this app.

Your customers ultimately want to create a delicious meal. If you put the time in, Recipe Kit enables you to use mouth-watering images and well-written instructions to link this goal directly to your products. Their shoppable recipes not only inspire customers to cook but turn that inspiration into sales.

Yusuf and Patrick have also been incredibly helpful and responsive to my requests to try out new features and make small tweaks for my theme. I highly recommend this app!

RecipeKit is the perfect solution to perfectly display our various baking and cooking recipes. The recipes look great, the use is super easy. Best of all, if there is a small problem, the customer support is super fast, friendly and competent. For us, there is currently no better way to display our recipes in Shopify.

I'm only in the trial phase at this stage but this app is the business! Recipes are beautifully presented across devices and the ability for users to share and comment is something I've not had before. I can also keep the look and feel of my site by using PageFly for page layout and then easily linking to the recipe posts. So in love with Recipe Kit!

Love this app, easy to use and looks great.. needs a few improvements & upgrades but I'm sure this app will only get better over time as the developers seem to care about making it better.. I would highly recommended this app if your site needs great looking recipes..

Using the Recipe Kit app to display my recipes on my Shopify store has been a total game-changer. Not only has it help instantly boost google indexing and rankings, but it also looks a lot more professional, and blends in perfectly with my website design. Patrick was also super responsive and helpful in the setup process, fine-tuning the layout and addressing a couple of custom requests. This app is great. We had to import over 30 recipes from our old site to our new site. They really thought of everything. You can label the instructions by what they apply to (Ex: Cake, Icing). The layouts are very clean and professional. It's set up well for printing, other recipes apps make the person print out extra pages. It also includes keyword and SEO instructions.

We didn't realize how much we needed this app until we added it to our site. It has been fantastic for adding our recipes and Patrick is incredible at responding and helping out whenever we had questions. We absolutely recommend this to anyone who is looking to add recipes!

We deliver fresh vegetables in Poland. This app is still very young but I can see big potential in it for our use case - we've already had some recipes on our Instagram account but that didn't necessarily convert into sales. I'm most interested in organic traffic and the integration with products on our store is brilliant! Patrick answers fast & thoroughly and makes the impression that he is genuinely interested in creating a great product. Translation capability is has been added upon my suggestion. 5 stars because I want this app to be a success!

Finally we have a great recipe app for shopify. This app has all the features that a modern recipe cart needs.
Patrick , the developer of the app, is always there for you and he is willing to listen to your needs and solve your problems asap. He is super friendly. I am sure with continuous improvements, this app turns to one of the most popular apps in shopify.
