Whenever we have a problem (even when its not the apps fault) the support staff is always willing to go beyond our expectations and solve the problems we are having!

A lot better then the built in shopify options. Great app with great support at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

A great app, with great support. It's expensive, but the recommendations are top notch and drive a huge amount of additional revenue for my shop.

The developer support is great with these guys. They helped us integrate Recomatic with the carousels we were using on the rest of the site.
