I have had a positive experience with this app and with customer support - I had a couple of issues with the app showing up, which turned out to be on my side, and support was friendly and worked with me to get through it. I'd like the app to be a bit more configurable to go along with the feel of the rest of the page (image sizes, margins, fonts, etc.), but support has offered to help with that from their end. Definitely a nice product, especially given that it is available for free.

I can't believe it's free. I think it has great potential for a paid app. I tried another app but the algorithm wasn't working. This one is showing you in the backend how many clicks a product had which is great info.

I don't know how this is completely free! The support I received was quick and direct. The design of the widget can be customized within the app but also some basic CSS and it matches my site perfectly.

Small issue with setup but after an email and a very quick rsponse this was all sorted.
App is working really well and very easy to use with no coding required.

We installed this app to display recommendation products within the product page.
At first, it was displayed below the footer, so I asked to change the display location, then they kindly accepted.
This app is provided for free and the quality is very good.
