優れている点としては、管理画面が非常にわかりやすく英語でも問題なく使用できます。
また、他のアプリとは違い、コードスニペットを手動で入れ込まなくても良いので非開発者の方でも簡単に使用できると思います。
サポートも英語のみですが、チャットを送って数分で対応してくれました。

Easy to use and decent functionalities
At first its a little hard to understand but once you get the grip on it, is really good. Would recommend for simple designs and small stores.

The most amazing customers service by Hasti today she got me set up and running in less that half an hour with no pressure to upgrade. I am going to try the FREE version out for a bit and then see about upgrading. With that kind of support I probably will upgrade.

I find Wiser to be much more polished and more user friendly on the back-end. App is amazing it has many types of recommendation widgets. Support is quick and responsive answered all my questions and also helped me in custom integrations.
It's ok for a few basic functions but still needs quite a bit of work on usability and flexibility. It would be better if the display of the products was more responsive to screen and number of products.
For example, if I use a recently viewed widget, but I've only viewed one product, then it will show one product on the left and a large ugly white space for 3 more products.
I can't set up a set of recommended products to show across the site (not below a specific product).
