I needed help in app configuration and Kemi from the support team responded to me promptly and helped me solved the issue right away! I tried to use Shopifys own product 'Search and Discovery'. I couldn't get on with it at all and searched for a replacement. This worked straight out of the box. A Simple toggle switch and I had the Recommended pictures and 'click' now button working directly below my product page using AI to automate the photos. Only used for a few days, so still experimenting, but all looks really good so far.
Clearly they are also working really hard on customer service, with the offer to install widget for you, give phone advice and to guide you through all procedures.
Can't ask for anything more.
